AI 4D Results & 4D Predictions(“the app”) is operated by Black Forest Software, a software business registered in Malaysia (SSM IP0624469-P), based in Impian Heights, Puchong Jaya, 47100, Selangor, Malaysia. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Black Forest Software as the operator of the app. We are the party responsible for the personal data the app collects.

The app shows live 4D results for Malaysian and Singaporean draw operators, along with prediction tips, credits and an investment calculator. It is provided for information and entertainment only. It does not accept bets, take wagers, or handle any gambling stake or payout.

We try to collect only what the app needs to work. Depending on how you use it, that includes:

• Account detailsWhen you sign in, we collect your phone number (verified by a one-time SMS code) or, if you choose Google Sign-In, your Google account email and basic profile. This is your account identity in the app.
• Purchase recordsWhen you buy credits or prediction tips, the payment is handled by Google Play Billing (or Apple on iOS). We receive a purchase confirmation and receipt so we can grant what you bought. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Usage and analyticsWhich screens you open, features you use, draws you follow, and similar in-app events, together with session and crash information. This tells us what works and what is breaking.
• Device and technical dataDevice model, operating system version, app version, language and region settings, a randomly generated install identifier, and your IP address (collected automatically when the app talks to our servers).
• Advertising identifierThe app shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device’s advertising ID and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, including the rewarded ads that grant credits.
• Push tokenA notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging, so we can send you draw results and alerts if you allow notifications.
• On-device storageSome settings and a cache of your credits are stored locally on your device. This stays on the device unless it is synced to your account.

We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.

• Show 4D results, predictions, and the investment calculator.
• Create and secure your account and sign you in.
• Process in-app purchases and grant the credits or tips you bought.
• Show and measure ads, including rewarded ads that grant credits.
• Send push notifications you have opted into.
• Understand usage and fix crashes so we can improve the app.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and automated access, and keep the app working as intended.
• Meet legal and accounting obligations.

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may use your device’s advertising ID and ad-interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure their performance. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads; on iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Apple Advertising).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that run parts of the app on our behalf:

• Google (Firebase & AdMob)Sign-in, push notifications, analytics, app-integrity checks, and advertising. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• AmplitudeProduct analytics, to understand how the app is used. See Amplitude’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Play / ApplePayment processing for in-app purchases. Handled under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the service.

We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention needs. Analytics and device data are kept in aggregated or limited form. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

• AdsReset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your device settings.
• NotificationsTurn push notifications off any time in the app or your device settings.
• Access and deletionYou can ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete your account and associated data, by emailing akilonx@gmail.com. We will action verified requests within a reasonable time, except where we must keep some records by law.

Personal data is handled in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). If you are outside Malaysia, note that your data may be processed on servers operated by our providers in other countries.

Data in transit is protected with encryption (HTTPS / TLS), and access to systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and review them as the app grows.

The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Its content relates to 4D draw results and is meant for users who are of legal age in their country. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will remove the data.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, give notice in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
