Factory automation
& OEE, done right.
We build Industry 4.0 and OEE software for manufacturers - real-time production visibility, sensor integration, workflow automation, and AI that earns its keep. Sized for small and medium factories, Industry4WRD-friendly, and grown line by line instead of all at once.
Factory automation, in plain English
If a task happens every day on your floor or in your office, software should be doing it. The hard part is choosing where to start, picking tools that hold up under real use, and growing line by line instead of all at once.
For most factories we work with, it starts as one of three pains. Either the team is drowning in routine paperwork - purchase orders, claims, MyInvois compliance, daily reports. Or production data lives in someone's head and the owner can't see what's really happening on the floor. Or the same spreadsheet gets re-keyed by three people, every day.
We start with the loudest pain. Build something narrow that ships in 4-10 weeks, prove it earns its keep in production, then grow. That cadence - small project, real result, then expand - is how factories actually adopt automation without betting the company on a single rollout.
Five ways in, one moving factory
Most factories begin with whichever of these hurts most, then add the others over the first year. Each one has a deeper page if you want the detail.
Live production dashboards, sensor and PLC integration, device-health monitoring - your floor on one screen, at your pace.
Industry 4.0Availability × Performance × Quality, per machine per shift, with downtime reasons captured in the moment - not guessed at month-end.
OEE dashboardsApprovals, smart alerts, scheduled reports, WhatsApp notifications - the repeat work routed, logged, and out of human hands.
Factory automationLHDN-compliant invoicing wired straight into your ordering flow - no separate compliance system to babysit.
MyInvois integrationSoftware workers with a job description - order parsing, purchasing, reconciliation, report writing - running 24/7 in MYT.
AI employeesFactory work is one of five things we build. Mobile apps, web platforms, AI, and custom software make up the rest.
All servicesBuilt for how factories here actually run
Software written 12 timezones away rarely fits the floor. We work in MYT, write in BM where it matters, and know what a TNB peak-demand bill looks like.
Small first project, then grow
No big-bang rollouts. We make automation a habit, not a one-off.
Common questions
What people ask before booking a discovery call.
What does factory automation cover here?
Four things that work together: real-time visibility (Industry 4.0 dashboards, OEE, sensor and PLC monitoring), workflow automation (approvals, alerts, scheduled reports, MyInvois e-invoicing), AI (demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, document extraction), and the custom software underneath. We treat all four as one practice and start wherever the pain is loudest.
What exactly is OEE, and do I need it?
OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness - is a single number for how much good product a machine actually makes versus its theoretical best. It multiplies Availability (was it running?), Performance (was it running at speed?), and Quality (was the output good?). If you can't answer "how much did that line really produce last shift, and why not more?" without asking three people, an OEE dashboard pays for itself fast.
How is this different from a big enterprise vendor?
We're sized for small and medium manufacturers. A first usable version usually ships in 4-10 weeks, starts in the low-to-mid five-figure MYR range, and grows line by line. No multi-million-ringgit rip-and-replace, no 18-month rollouts. You get direct access to the engineers building it.
Can you plug into the equipment we already have?
Usually yes. We integrate with Advantech, Siemens, and custom gear over the common industrial protocols, and we can add small sensors where a machine exposes nothing. We fit around your production - no ripping out what already works.
Are you Industry4WRD-friendly?
Yes. We build in a way that's compatible with MIDA's Industry4WRD assessment criteria, and we can help with the application paperwork if you're applying for grant funding.
Do you handle MyInvois / LHDN e-invoicing?
Yes. We integrate the LHDN MyInvois e-invoicing API directly into your existing ordering / invoicing flow, so compliance happens inside the system your team already uses.
